RateTag Reward Points
- Introduction
- RateTag Rewards Point Program is designed to reward loyal customers of RateTag. As a customer, you are rewarded points each time you place an order with RateTag. In addition to this, if you are new customer, RateTag also offers Bonus Reward Points which are credited to your account immediately upon registration.
RateTag Reward Point Program is only applicable for registered members of RateTag.
- Terms and Conditions
- The Rewards Point Program is a complimentary service. Therefore it does not carry any warranty or liability from RateTag. Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash - they can only be redeemed online in form of discount. RateTag reserves the right to deny reward points at its own discretion. RateTag also reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the program without notice to customer. RateTag Reward Points cannot be transferred.
- How do I check my reward points?
- Log in to RateTag using your email address and password that you provided at the time of registration. In your account section on RateTag, please find a link to view your latest reward points statement.
- How do I earn reward points?
- You earn reward points when you register with RateTag. Then you earn reward points when you buy an item from RateTag. The number of points earned at registration or on purchase of item varies from time to time depending upon the applicable promotions at that time.
- How do I redeem points?
- On Shopping Cart page, under the Reward Points section, you will get an option to redeem the reward points lying in your account to the order you are about to place. The reward points will get adjusted from order total at a particular redemption rate as applicable from time to time. This option will only appear if you are logged in. Therefore, please login using your email and password before placing your order. This will ensure that you are able to redeem your points as well as you are able to earn more reward points for your next order.
- How much do I save on redemption of Reward Points
- The rate of redemption varies from time to time. Depending upon season and ongoing promotions, RateTag will keep on changing the redemption rate. You can try to redeem the reward points in shopping cart page to know the current prevailing conversion rate. You may choose to redeem your points in future if you want a better conversion rate. RateTag keeps its customer informed about promotions and special days when you can redeem your reward points at a higher than usual rate. - I got my order but I could not see reward points credited to my account?
- Reward points for your recent orders are credited to your account every 15 days and only once your order is completely processed and delivered. Please be assured that your reward points will be credited with few days of receipt of order.
- I notice some error in my reward points
