Returns & Replacement Policy
- What can you return?
Any item purchased from www.RateTag.in can be returned to www.RateTag.in within 90 days of purchase as long as the item is not opened, used, damaged, tried or altered in any way. RateTag will refund you the full value of product returned.
What's free?
Most online shopping companies charge a re-stocking fee of upto 15% of product value upon return. RateTag.in does not charge any re-stocking fee from you. Therefore you can return the item free to RateTag.in within 90 days of purchase.
Terms and Conditions - 90 Days Return
- The item to be returned must not be opened. The product packaging should be intact. There should be no damages to the packaging or contents.
- The item seal must be intact.
- The item must be returned to www.RateTag.in office withing 90 days of purchase. This includes time taken in transportation.
- Buyer will have to pay the cost of courier for returning the item. The item can be couriered by any reputed courier company. We recommed Bluedart, Gati, Aramex, TNT and AFL. RateTag neither endorses nor guarantees performance of these companies. The names are recommended for purpose of help only.
- Buyer will be responsible for any damage to product in transportation. RateTag will not take responsibility of the damages in return.
- RateTag will process a refund of the product's value. Any taxes paid during purchase or delivery will not be refunded. The product value applicable will be the prevalant price of product on RateTag web site or in market at the time of return.
- RateTag will process refund in form of a credit note. This credit note can be used to buy anything else of your choice from www.RateTag.in.
- In case you do not want a credit note, you can ask for a monetary refund. RateTag will refund the money back to your credit card if you paid by credit card. For any other mode of payment, RateTag will courier you a cheque of refund. This cheque can be encashed in any Indian city at par. A service fee of 5% of product's value plus Rs. 50 courier charges will be levied.
- RateTag will only issue a credit note in case the refund amount is less than Rs. 500
- If you used a promotion code or gift voucher, the value of the same will not be refunded.
- In case an item is found damaged, open or in an unacceptable condition at the time of return, RateTag reserves the right to reject return. Buyer will have to pay the cost of transportation back. In such cases, RateTag advises you a depreciation value which you may accept or deny.
- Returned item must be the same that RateTag delivered to you. You may not return a similar item purchased from a different source to RateTag. RateTag will match the serial/batch/identification marks on product to validate that the returned product is same as sent by RateTag.

RateTag does not arrange pickup of material from your location.
In cases where an item is found in an unacceptable condition, our operations team may reject the return or do a partial refund depending on the condition of the goods. Our team will get in touch with you in such cases to apprise you of the issue and work out the best option for you. This is done on a cases to case basis. The final returns' settlement is at sole discretion of operations' team of RateTag.
Any disputes relating to returns are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
