We also accept payments by Internet Banking of all popular Indian banks. You will find your bank name under Internet Banking payment option at the checkout page.
We also accept payments by cash cards of Oxicash, ITZ Cash Card and Beam Cash Card.
We also accept Cash payments by Mobile using ZipCash.
All Debit Cards by Master or Visa can be used to make an online payment if they are registered for 3DSecure or Verified By Visa program respectively. Please check the exact status of your Debit card with your bank. To use Debit Card for an online payment, enter it's card number, expiry and CVV as a regular Credit Card in the payment pages and then complete the authentication process at your bank web site to complete the transaction. - Note: Our e-Commerce system is PCI DSS compliant. This means that we do not store sensitive information such as Card Number or CVV in our systems in a way that they could be compromised.
Note: We also accept international Credit Cards and Debit Cards. International transactions may go through additional fraud checks depending upon various technical parameters. RateTag customer service representative will get in touch with you in case additional documentation is required.
Note: Decision of RateTag is final and it reserves the right to cancel any order without rendering reason.

We also accept direct bank deposit. You may deposit the order amount money in our bank account at a nearest ATM or bank branch of HDFC Bank Limited . Our account number with HDFC Bank is 04392000007466. For depositing money in our bank account, please issue a cheque of the full order amount (refer to order confirmation email you have received from us) in favor of RateTag E-Commerce Private Limited and drop it in the cheque drop box placed in nearest HDFC Bank ATM or Branch. Please do not forget to mention your order number, name and phone number on the back side of the cheque for quicker processing of your order.
Order money can also be deposited in our bank account using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) facility available in Online Internet Banking account of your bank. You will require following details for availing the EFT service:

After depositing the order money, please reply to the order confirmation email (or write a fresh email to customer.service@ratetag.in). Please mention the cheque number or EFT transaction reference, deposit date and exact amount in the email to enable us track your payment and process the order. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of your payment in our account. Your payment may take 24 to 72 hours to hit our account depending upon the speed of fund transfer between your and our bank.
Please double check the bank account number at the time of depositing money in our bank account. We do not accept responsibility of any untraceable payment for reasons not attributable to us.
We have no cash collection agents, agencies or counters.
Please note that all unpaid orders are automatically deleted from our system after 30 days. We may not be able to honor a price in your order after 7 days of ordering as the prices may change during the time.
